Our Female Fat Loss Pack and Male Weight-Loss Pack are two curated ranges you can pick from, not fixed bundles. The female range leans toward collagen protein, BCAAs and a thermogenic drink. The male range leans toward whey isolate, carnitine and aminos. Neither pack burns fat on its own: fat loss comes from eating fewer calories than you use. The products simply make a diet easier to stick to. Here is what is in each range and how to build a sensible stack.
What is in each range
| Female Fat Loss Pack range | Male Weight-Loss Pack range |
|---|---|
| Xtend Original BCAA ($29.95) | R1 Protein WPI 5 lb ($249.95) or 2 lb ($134.95) |
| EHP Labs OxyShred ($79.95) | Evogen Carnigen Liquid Carnitine ($69.95) |
| Cyborg Sport Collagen Pro (from $89.95) | Evogen AminoJect BCAA ($89.95) |
| Collagen Pro Protein Water ($89.95) | |
| Welltech Cardaclen ($119.95) and Switch Estro Switch ($89.95) |
How the ranges differ
- Protein: the female range uses collagen-based protein and protein water, which are light and easy to drink. The male range uses whey isolate, which is a complete protein and higher in leucine. For keeping muscle while dieting, whey or another complete protein is the stronger choice for anyone.
- Energy: OxyShred is a thermogenic drink. Check the label for its caffeine content and count it with your coffee. It also lists bitter orange and huperzine A, so read the full label before use.
- Carnitine: the male range adds liquid carnitine. Evidence that carnitine helps fat loss is limited, so see it as optional.
- Herbal products: some products in these ranges contain herbal extracts. If you take medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before using them.
A simple stack that works for anyone
- A complete protein to help you reach your daily protein target while eating less. Try R1 Protein WPI or, if you are plant-based, Rapid Vegan.
- Creatine to support training quality during a diet: Beast Labs Creatine is $19.95.
- Optional: a thermogenic or caffeine drink if you like one before training, or a stim-free option. See our stim-free fat burner guide.
Who each pack suits
The female range suits people who like light, fruity drinks through the day and prefer not to have milky shakes. The male range suits people who want a high-protein shake and liquid carnitine. Despite the names, nothing in either range only works for one sex: pick the products that suit your diet and goals.

FAQs
What is in the Female Fat Loss Pack?
The Female Fat Loss Pack is a range you can choose from, including Xtend Original BCAA, EHP Labs OxyShred, Cyborg Sport Collagen Pro and Collagen Pro Protein Water, Welltech Cardaclen and Switch Nutrition Estro Switch. Prices start at $29.95.
What is in the Male Weight-Loss Pack?
The Male Weight-Loss Pack range includes R1 Protein WPI, Evogen Carnigen Liquid Carnitine and Evogen AminoJect BCAA, among others.
Do fat loss supplements work?
Supplements can make a diet easier, for example by helping you hit your protein target or giving you energy to train, but none will cause fat loss without a calorie deficit. Evidence for most fat-burning ingredients is limited, as covered in our fat burner guide.
Can men use the female pack and women use the male pack?
Yes. The names reflect what each group commonly buys, not how the products work. Choose based on your goals, diet and caffeine tolerance.
