WHAT DOES OUR BEST PRICE GUARANTEE COVER?

Our Best Price Guarantee is for Supps247 members. If one of the competitors below sells the same product for less, we'll beat their full price by 5%.

Competitors we price match:

  • Elite Supps
  • Australian Sports Nutrition (ASN)
  • Supplement Mart
  • Nutrition Warehouse

To qualify:

  • You're a Supps247 member. Not a member yet? Join here.
  • It's the exact same product: same brand, size and flavour, brand new and factory sealed.
  • The item is full price at Supps247, not already on sale, promotion or clearance.
  • The competitor has it in stock.
  • You show our team the competitor's current price, in their store or on their website.

Full price at the competitor: we beat it by 5%.
On sale at the competitor: we match their sale price, but we don't beat it.

Supps247 members price beat: we beat listed competitors' full prices by 5%

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN OUR BEST PRICE GUARANTEE?

The Best Price Guarantee doesn't cover:

  • Customers who aren't Supps247 members
  • Items already on sale, promotion, discount deal or clearance at Supps247
  • Competitor clearance, stock-runout or short-dated stock
  • Discount codes, coupons, cashback, bundle deals and other promotional offers
  • Bulk-buy or wholesale pricing that isn't open to the general public
  • Retailers not listed above, including online-only stores, marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, and overseas sellers
  • A competitor's own price-match or price-beat offer

No further discounts apply once a price match or price beat has been approved.

How the Supps247 price match works: full price beaten by 5%, competitor sale prices matched, Supps247 sale items not eligible

WHAT ABOUT ONLINE PRICES?

The guarantee also covers the listed competitors' own websites. For online prices we compare the total delivered price: their product price plus the shipping they would charge to send it to you.

Example: a competitor's website lists a full-price item at $90 with $10 shipping. The delivered price is $100, so as a Supps247 member you'd pay $95.

If the item is on sale on their website, we'll match the delivered sale price, but we don't beat it.

Supps247 price match on online prices includes the competitor's shipping cost
