Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to change of mind, unless the item is proven to be faulty or defective under Australian Consumer Law.

Online orders must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our Customer Service team. In-store purchases must be returned to the store where the purchase was made, along with the original receipt.
