Click and collect supplements at Supps247 work in three steps: order online, choose Pickup and your store at checkout, then show your order number at the counter when you collect. There is no delivery fee for pickup, and checkout shows the usual ready time for the store you choose. It is the easy option when you want your protein or creatine sooner and do not want to pay for delivery on a small order. Here is how it works, how it compares with delivery, and what to do if your store is out of stock.

How to click and collect, step by step
- Check stock at your store. On any product page, choose your store in the "Pick up from" box. It shows whether the flavour and size you picked are in stock there.
- Add it to your cart. Pick your size and flavour, and add anything else you need.
- Choose Pickup at checkout. Select Pickup, then choose your store. There is no delivery fee.
- Check the ready time. Checkout shows the usual ready time for the store you chose, so you know when to head in.
- Pay and collect. Pay as normal, then show your order number at the counter when you arrive.
That is it. No queue at the shelves, and no guessing whether your favourite flavour is in stock.
How long does pickup take?
It depends on the store, which is why checkout shows the usual ready time for the store you choose before you pay. At Supps247 Reservoir, pickup orders are usually ready in 1 hour during store hours. Other stores can differ, so always go by the time shown at checkout rather than assuming. For a closer look at the Reservoir process, read our guide to click and collect at Supps247 Reservoir.
Wait for your order to be ready before you head in, especially if you are making a special trip.
What if your store does not have it?
You have two simple options:
- Pick another store. If a nearby store has the item in stock, choose that store for pickup instead.
- Choose delivery. Switch to delivery at checkout. Online orders ship Australia-wide and usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days. Delivery is $12.98 on orders under $99.99 and free on orders of $99.99 or more.
Supps247 has 18 stores (17 in Victoria and 1 in Queensland, at Richlands). Our guide to supplement stores in Melbourne helps you find the closest one.
Popular picks for pickup
These two best sellers are the sort of thing people often want the same day, when a tub runs out mid-week. Prices are at the time of writing.
- Legit Supps Creatine Monohydrate: our best-selling creatine over the last six months. Each 5 g scoop is pure creatine monohydrate, and the 500 g bag gives 100 serves for $49.95, about $0.50 a serve. Creatine monohydrate is in Group A of the AIS Sports Supplement Framework, the group with the strongest evidence for specific uses in sport.
- R1 Protein WPI: one of our top-selling whey protein isolates, with 25 g of protein per scoop according to Rule 1. The 2 lb tub (28 serves) is $134.95, about $4.82 a serve, and the 5 lb tub (71 serves) is $249.95, about $3.52 a serve.
Orders of $99.99 or more ship free anyway, so pickup makes the biggest difference on smaller orders, such as a single bag of creatine, where it saves the $12.98 delivery fee. Browse more in our creatine range and whey protein isolate range, or compare options in our best protein powder guide.
Tips for a smooth pickup
- Check stock first. Use the "Pick up from" box before you add items to your cart, especially for less common flavours and bigger tubs.
- Order everything at once. One pickup order is quicker to collect than several small ones.
- Wait for the ready time. Head in once your order is due to be ready, not straight after you pay.
- Ask about taste tests. Stores that offer free taste tests can let you try a flavour while you are there, which helps before you commit to a big tub next time.
- Members, check price match. Supps247 members can use our price match guarantee (conditions apply).
Which should you choose: pickup or delivery?
Choose click and collect if you live or work near a Supps247 store that offers pickup, your order is under $99.99, or you want it sooner than a parcel would arrive. Check the ready time at checkout and bring your order number. Choose delivery if your order is $99.99 or more (delivery is free), there is no store nearby, or your store does not have the item in stock. Either way, check stock first with the "Pick up from" box so there are no surprises.

Yes. There is no delivery fee when you choose Pickup at checkout and collect from your store. If you choose delivery instead, it is $12.98 on orders under $99.99 and free on orders of $99.99 or more.
