1. Stay active  Staying active is as good for the brain as it is for the body. Regular exercise or activity can have a major impact on your mental and emotional health, relieve stress, improve memory, and help you sleep better. 2. Find purpose and Appreciate yourself This is different for everyone but finding purpose in your day is a big factor to good mental health. You might try one of the following: Engage in work that makes you feel useful and happy Invest in relationships and spend quality time with people who matter to you and who loves and support you equally.  Think of one good deed or gesture to do each day  No day is same, so whether you have worked 4 hours or 18 hour a day or had a day off. At the end of the day go to bed with gratitude. Appreciate your body, your mind that runs non-stop, appreciate yourself for every little to big thing that helped you make through the day, that made you do things for others and for yourself, no matter how big or small.  3. Appeal to your senses Does listening to an uplifting song make you feel calm? What about taking a walk in nature and enjoying the sights and sounds of the trees? Everyone responds to sensory input a little differently, so experiment to find what works best for you. 4. Take up a relaxation practice Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and deep breathing can help reduce overall levels of stress. 5. Eat healthy diet to support strong mental health and body Foods that can support your mood include fatty fish rich in omega-3s, nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews and peanuts), avocados, beans, leafy greens (spinach, kale and Brussels sprouts), and fresh fruit such as blueberries. 6. Make leisure and contemplation a priority We can all be guilty of being "too busy" to take some down time, but leisure time is a necessity for emotional and mental health. Take some time to relax, contemplate, and pay attention to the positive things as you go about your day — even the small things. 7. Don’t skimp on sleep It matters more than you think. Sleep is our body and mind's best way to recharge and rejuvenate. One way to get sleep better is to take a break from the stimulation of screens — TV,  phones, tablets or computers — in the hours before bedtime. Consider reading or listening to relaxing music instead. 8. Get help if you need it  Talk to a friendly face. If you have concerns, stresses or worries, sharing these with someone who cares is one of the most effective ways to calm your nervous system and relieve stress.

Looking to enhance your energy, strength and muscle mass? Creatine monohydrate is just the supplement to do so. Creatine is naturally found in many foods such as meat and seafood but is significantly lost once the food is cooked. Thereby increasing the everyday intake of Creatine can improve muscle growth, endurance and performance. Creatine is the most researched supplement on the market with proven studies behind it.  Creatine has a key role of recycling and restoring adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) levels which is the vital energy source for muscle cells during muscle contractions. As a result, this increased energy stimulates protein synthesis, increasing muscle strength and size whilst also improving recovery. This product is extremely useful to push your training intensity to the next level. A study in California showed that by consuming creatine, you increase the chances of your muscles to build phosphocreatine. Phosphocreatine gives you the ability to train for shorter and intense strength building exercises. This product can be taken with any of your favourite fitness supplements or your drink of choice before, during or after training.

Can you imagine a nighttime creamy snack that helps your muscle recovery and fat loss goals, too good to be true right? Wrong, I can tell you we have cracked it with the latest addition to our Muscle recovery product range. The inspired Custard casein protein is a simple to make, delicious evening snack that reduces sweet cravings and is the same texture to having a creamy custard dessert. Now I enjoy a goal post workout shake but I was after a treat that gave me the sensation of eating and would keep me away from the lollies draw (we all have one). So, when I added water to this powder, I was delighted to see it thicken and firm up.  I have only tried it cold but the option of having it either hot or cold is a win in my eyes. The flavor Boysenberry is the most popular and I can see why, plus the combination of Casein and MCT means you’ll feel satiated and supports those gains. Why have Casein Protein? Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein that people often take as a supplement. It releases amino acids slowly, so people often take it before bed to help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep. Several studies have shown it helps boost muscle growth, along with a ton of other benefits. Casein is well known as a “time-release” protein because of its slow absorption rate in the gut. This means that it feeds your cells with amino acids at a low level over a long period of time. It can help your cells synthesize protein, even during times when your body might normally be breaking down its own muscles to feed itself, such as when you haven’t eaten for some time. Overall, this is a win from me and a new addition to my supplements plus the taste is a fruity refreshing break away from the chocolate and vanilla staples I have become so accustomed too. I would recommend getting yourself a tub or 2, to kill off the evening cravings and prevent muscle loss, and its helps that we have a special offer on Buy 1 get 1 free for just $69.95, with a total of 46 servings that’s less than $1.52 per serving. Don’t let Xmas and the temptation to indulge take you away from your goals of lean gains and fat loss. Pop in store or order online to get yours.

Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, or TUDCA, is a bile acid derivative that occurs naturally in the body. It’s been used therapeutically in traditional Chinese medicine for millennia, for hepatic and biliary disorders. We only make small amounts of this health-giving compound in our body, but this bile salt actually influences many bodily functions, from the brain to the kidneys to eye health and more.  Traditional Chinese medical practitioners have known about the benefits of TUDCA for ages, prescribing it to help detoxify the liver, treat “heat illness” such as fever, spasms, and vision problems, and improve many other conditions. But it’s only just recently come under the scientific spotlight, becoming the subject of recent clinical studies as scientists examine its many potential health benefits.  Click to Buy Tudca

Though critically important to the growth of new muscle and the accrual of strength, rest is too often neglected by athletes seeking to optimize gains. Athletes seeking performance improvements sometimes use smelling salts for their stimulating effect. Smelling salts trigger a sharp inhalation reflex, bringing in more air and oxygen. This may result in improved alertness. Smelling salts are like a shot of adrenaline causing wakefulness, increased energy, and focus. It’s like a slap in the face. However, the effects of smelling salts are short lived, only lasting a few minutes that would be more than sufficient for an athlete.  For powerlifters it has also been said that smelling salts can also increase strength when required for a heavy lift. This is one when the ammonia is inhaled the body enters fight mode rather then flight and prepares itself for what it is about to encounter, such as a heavy squat or deadlift.  Smelling salts reduces the feeling of pain and tiredness, when someone is fatigued and tired they are not able to lift as much, with smelling salts it is said you can push past this boundary and lift for longer periods of time and harder.  Ammonia can be used as both a reactive and preventative measure for lightheadedness and fainting.  Grab yours today from Supps247 kygjk
