How much will delivery cost to my address?

Supps247 offers simple and flexible shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate on orders under $150
Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate Australia-wide

Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard Shipping or receive a Free Gift.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and peak sale periods.
Most Standard Shipping orders arrive within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is packed and again when it’s collected by the courier.

When will my order arrive?

Most customers receive their supplements within 1–2 business days when:
Orders are placed before 3:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday
Parcels are under 5kg cubic weight
Delivery addresses are non-remote
Please note:
PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, Defence locations, and bulky deliveries to WA or NT may take longer.
Orders over 5kg or bulky items are sent via road freight, which can extend delivery times. Your tracking link provides the most accurate ETA.

What are your delivery instructions?

If you include special instructions such as “leave at door”, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery is completed. Supps247 cannot accept liability for loss or damage in these cases.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes — Express Shipping is available to most Australian locations and will be shown at checkout if eligible.
Express Shipping cost: $14.95 flat rate Australia-wide
Most Express orders arrive within 1–2 business days when placed before 3pm AEST and delivered to non-remote areas.

What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If no one is available, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. We recommend using a work address or another location where someone can accept the delivery.
Please note that signatures are not required.

I received an incorrect or damaged item — what should I do?

Please contact the Supps247 Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Keep the product so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

My order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe — what now?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll investigate for you.

How do I track my order?

We send all Supps247 orders with reliable national courier partners. Your carrier is automatically chosen based on which service can get your parcel to you the quickest.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery anytime.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Supps247 does not offer international shipping and we only deliver within Australia.
