What is ICN?

ICN stands for I Compete Natural. It is a natural bodybuilding federation that runs physique, bodybuilding and fitness model competitions in Australia and overseas. According to ICN Victoria, Victoria is where natural bodybuilding began in Australia, back in 1991, when the first event was held at the Camberwell Civic Centre as the ANBF Natural Australian Championships. The brand became I Compete Natural (ICN) in 2017.

What makes ICN different is right there in the name. Competitors are judged on muscle, conditioning and presentation built the natural way: years of training, careful eating and patience. That is exactly the kind of hard work we see from customers in our stores every day.

The standard on stage this year was outstanding. Competitors brought sharp conditioning, full muscle and polished posing, and the crowd got behind every class. The night finished with the overall titles, and Gagandeep had the honour of handing the ICN Victoria Overall Champion trophy to the winner while the Supps247 logo looked on from the podium.

A huge congratulations to every athlete who stepped on stage. Getting to show day as a natural competitor takes discipline most people never see: early cardio, weighed meals, missed social events and a lot of self-belief. Whether you placed first or simply finished your first prep, you should be proud.
