How to use
Take 4 capsules with 16 fl oz (about 475 mL) of water twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day while using it. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Good to know
- Contains caffeine: 75 mg per serve, or 150 mg a day at the full dose. Avoid other caffeine sources if you are sensitive.
- Each serve has 50 mg of vitamin B6, so the full daily dose provides 100 mg.
- Changes in water weight are temporary. Long-term weight management depends on your overall diet and activity.
