How to use
To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule with a glass of water twice a day, about 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals, for the first 3 days. From day 4, take 2 capsules twice a day. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 4 hours or 4 capsules in 24 hours. Use with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, and drink plenty of water.
