FAQs

How many CFU of probiotics are in a serve?

A 2-scoop (20 g) serve provides 10 billion CFU from four strains: Bacillus coagulans (LactoSpore) 5 billion, Akkermansia 2 billion, Saccharomyces boulardii 1.5 billion and Bifidobacterium lactis 1.5 billion. A single scoop gives half of each, so 5 billion CFU in total.

Is it dairy free or gluten free?

The label carries a may-contain statement for milk, soy, egg, fish, almond, gluten and sulphites, so it is not suitable if you need to strictly avoid any of these. It also contains hydrolysed bovine collagen, so it is not vegetarian or vegan.

How much fibre is in it?

Each 2-scoop serve contains 3.08 g of dietary fibre from six sources: baobab, partially hydrolysed guar gum, potato starch, inulin, apple pectin and green banana flour. Think of it as a top-up that works alongside fibre-rich foods, not a replacement for them.

When should I take it?

The label suggests taking it on an empty stomach, ideally soon after waking. Start with 1 scoop in about 200 mL of water. You can increase to 2 scoops a day, and the label suggests this fuller dose for 6 to 8 weeks before dropping back to 1 scoop.

Label details checked against Primabolics on 9 October 2026. Formulas can change, so always check the label on the product you buy.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
