How to use
Mix one scoop with approximately 295 mL of chilled water. Have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or, on training days, approximately 15 minutes before exercise. Amino acid and energy matrix: L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous and Huperzia Serrata Whole Herb Extract.
Vitamins: Vitamin C, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Pantothenic Acid.

- Contains 150 mg of caffeine per serving. The maximum of two servings provides 300 mg of caffeine. Count caffeine from coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre-workouts and other supplements in your total daily intake.
- Do not combine with other caffeinated or stimulant products. Do not have it after 5 p.m. or close to bedtime.
