NOW Supplements Iron 36 mg is NOW's double strength iron, with 36 mg of elemental iron per veg capsule from Ferrochel ferrous bisglycinate, a chelated form from Albion. That is twice the iron of NOW's regular 18 mg capsule. The bottle holds 90 capsules taken one a day. How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a doctor. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
