How to use
Healthy adults only: take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water. To check your tolerance, start with half a tablet. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, as caffeine has a diuretic effect. The label says it is for occasional use only.

- For healthy adults (18+) who tolerate caffeine. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, if you have had heart issues, or if you take PDE5 inhibitors or nitrates.
