I had to write. I used this product when I had candida and it did help. Then I had this issue that everytime I had like 2 glasses of wine or any alcohol I woke up with the worst hangover like I drank the bottle. My cousin told me the doc recommended these. so I take 1 2x day and if I am going to have a drink or 2 I take 2 in the morning and 3 at night and 2 the next morning.. NO MORE HANGOVERS!! wow. I decided to purchase this product after finding out I have a homozygous CBS mutation and heterozygous SUOX mutations. Soon after dosing I experienced detoxification symptoms - a weird smell (acetaldehyde?), perception of time slowed, tingling in extremities. This all disappears after taking 1/4tsp unrefined sea salt along with a good amount of water, but I find that for now I have to dose the salt frequently to avoid this reaction. I have only been using half a capsule for a few days so its too early to see what the long-term effects are but this seems to be a mineral I'm in need of and this product is certainly providing it.
