BODY BUILDING: PURE CARBS will induce an insulin spike. Insulin is the most “anabolic” hormone in the human body. The pancreas secretes insulin when blood sugar levels rise. Being anabolic, insulin will drive nutrients from the bloodstream into muscle cells. Using PURE CARBS with Gen-Tec Creatine, Glutamine 320 and BCAA’s will dramatically increase uptake of these proteins and create an anabolic (muscle growth) environment. Chromium picolinate has been added to PURE CARBS to support insulin sensitivity. WEIGHT GAIN: Add even quantities of PURE CARBS to Gen-Tec Macro Pro 7 or Pro Whey, 2-3 times per day. ATHLETES & SPORTS PEOPLE: (Football, Basketball, Soccer, Boxing, Cycling, Triathletes, Running etc.) PURE CARBS will replenish glycogen stores more simply and effectively than other carbohydrate sources. The most rapid rate of glycogen synthesis occurs immediately after exercise. Mix PURE CARBS with Gen-Tec Hydro Pro WPI in 600mL of water immediately after all training, games and events, to support recovery and promote energy.
SUGGESTED USE: Consume 40g (2 scoops) mixed in 600mL of water before, during or after exercise. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
TIPS: Use Gen-Tec Creatine, Glutamine 320 and BCAA’s with PURE CARBS during intense exercise to support energy, strength, lean muscle gain and recovery.
